Torus Energy Services has a team of Certified Energy Managers that can provide a full set of energy auditing services. Torus Energy can support in arranging traditional or performance-based financing as well as PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing for projects like HVAC upgrades, on-site renewable energy generation, LED retrofits, and others. There are many rebates and/or tax incentives available from many utilities and governments which are also offered for specific types of energy efficiency upgrades. When a client is building a new facility, Torus will analyze the plans to verify if the planned equipment qualifies for any rebate funds and manage the rebate process.
